10 inch square pan pizza topped with homemade chicken cutlet, mozzarella and aged provolone. Finished with our tomato sauce, fresh oregano, grana and evoo.
UNCLE GUTT CIRCLE
16 inch hand tossed circle pizza. Pepperoni and fried onions under a layer of mozzarella and aged provolone cheese. Tomato sauce scattered on top and finished with fresh oregano, grana and extra virgin olive oil.

House shaved beef and Cooper Sharp cheese on a 10 inch Seeded Liscios roll.

11 oz of Chicken Breast, chopped fresh and finished with Cooper sharp cheese. Served on Liscios seeded roll.

Fried Chicken Cutlet tossed in our mild sauce, romaine and house blue cheese dressing. Served on a 56 inch Liscios seeded roll.
Roast Pork Shorty
House porchetta sliced thin, sharp provolone, pickled longhots and a healthy ladle of jus. Served on a 56 inch seeded Liscios roll.
Chicken Parm Shorty
